Keri's yoga classes offer a variety of asanas (postures) which are easy on the joints and soothing to the spirit.  Keri's practice has been influenced by a wide variety of techniques including the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, Kripalu flows, Ashtanga strength and a healthy respect for the body and it's individual experiences.  A typical class includes a balance of postures and breathing techniques to help strengthen and limber your body and settle your mind.

Keri is a founding member of the Blue Yoga Collective, a group of dedicated yoga professionals offering classes and workshops in the Georgian Triangle.
